Processing of new Accounts

It can take between 4-10 working days to activate your account for local clients (clients residing in Karachi). For all clients residing outside Karachi, it can take a maximum of 15 working days depending on the time taken by the banks to clear the cheque.

All our Account Opening Forms have to undergo internal procedures and can have one of the following outcome:
1) Accounts will be opened and the account opening material will be dispatched to our new customer.
OR
2) Account opening can be refused. In this case the prospective customer will be intimated.

Once we receive the Account Opening form, one of our Customer Services Representatives will contact you for further details

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR ACCOUNT OPENING FORM

Please read carefully, the Terms and Conditions below

1. Email Address and Mobile Number is mandatory for Account opening.
(Mobile number should be registered on the the name of Account Holder & email should be personal of Account Holder).

2. Please provide Certified copy of N.T.N. Certificate / or valid NTN Number, if the Account Holder is active Tax Filer.

3. Please Provide valid IBAN (Containing 24 digits) on KYC Application Form.

4. Please note that Nominee shall not allowed with Joint Account

5. Kindly fill Know Your Customer Application Form Separately.

6. Your Name and Signature on Customer Relationship Form should be same as they appear on your CNIC / NICOP.

7. Complete all relevant sections fully. Failure to complete all the applicable sections fully may delay or prevent the opening of the Account.

8. All payments from the Customers to the Friendly Securities should be made in the name of the Friendly Securities (Private) Limited through “A/c Payee Only” crossed cheque, Bank Drafts, Pay Orders, or other Banking Channels only.

9. When submitting the documents, ensure that you have included all additional documents required.

10. Make sure that you have read and understood the terms and conditions and schedule of charges.

11. After completion of all formalities please return the Customer Relationship Form along with KYC Application Form to us at:

12. Upon receipt of your Customer Relationship Form & KYC Application Form and after having your Biometric Verification, account opening process will be initiated. Confirmation of Account Opening will be provided as soon as possible. ( subject to the fulfillment of Customer Relationship Form & KYC Application Form)
